We arrange supplier pickup in all cities across China, including orders that need to be brought together from more than one factory or warehouse. Share each pickup address, contact, cargo-ready date and handling requirements so we can plan the collection sequence and warehouse or port handover.
VelFreight owns a truck fleet for pickup, consolidation, short transfers, warehouse handovers and truck delivery. We confirm vehicle type, permitted load, working area and whether an individual leg uses our own vehicles when planning the route. Fleet ownership does not mean that every international or destination leg is operated by our own trucks.

The booking confirmation identifies the actual port, terminal or receiving facility and sailing arrangements. Air and rail movements use the airport or station appropriate to the confirmed route.
VelFreight’s China-to-US ocean service uses scheduled Matson sailings. We coordinate the China pickup or receiving stage, booking, export arrangements, ocean movement and the agreed US clearance and delivery connections.
Request the full shipment plan, including the named sailing or service, origin and destination gateway, available space, cargo and document cut-offs, estimated milestones and destination charges. Sailing schedules, capacity, transit estimates and costs are confirmed through the booking and transport documents; an ocean transit estimate does not include every collection, clearance or delivery step.
Confirm the container type, loading address, cargo layout, collection or terminal handover, gross-weight information and destination unloading arrangements. Include the relevant container-return and time-related charges in the discussion.
