Supplier and factory pickup
We collect from the agreed factory or warehouse after confirming readiness, appointment, package count and loading access. Tell us whether goods are loose cartons, pallets, crates or equipment.
VelFreight owns a truck fleet and provides pickup, consolidation, short-haul transfers, warehouse handovers and door-to-door trucking arrangements. We match the road leg to the packed cargo, site access and agreed international shipping plan.
We support supplier pickup across all cities in China and can connect goods with warehouses, ports, airports or railway terminals. At destination, we arrange the agreed final delivery and coordinate the local collection and receiving requirements. The operating party, vehicle and coverage for each road leg are confirmed by route; owning a fleet does not mean every overseas delivery is performed by our own vehicles.
We collect from the agreed factory or warehouse after confirming readiness, appointment, package count and loading access. Tell us whether goods are loose cartons, pallets, crates or equipment.
We connect suppliers, consolidation points and warehouses, including multi-stop plans where suitable. Each additional collection or handling point needs an agreed schedule and cargo record.
We coordinate the road connection with the applicable port, airport, rail terminal or warehouse requirements. Receiving references, cut-offs and handover instructions must be ready before the vehicle is dispatched.
We arrange the agreed onward road leg after arrival and required release. Final address, appointment, unloading equipment and delivery scope are confirmed before the shipment reaches the receiving site.
Our pickup scope includes every city in China. Hangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Guangzhou are five examples; tell us the complete collection address wherever your supplier is located.
| Example city | A pickup or handover to plan | Confirm for the actual address |
|---|---|---|
| Hangzhou | Collect sample cartons, ecommerce orders or commercial stock from a supplier and connect them to the agreed consolidation or export plan. | Supplier location, ready date, package list, collection appointment and the required onward gateway. |
| Shanghai | Coordinate factory or warehouse pickup with the selected parcel, air or ocean handover; a port connection is planned only when included in the booking. | Exact loading address, receiving reference, vehicle access, loading equipment and any applicable handover deadline. |
| Ningbo | Collect cartons, pallets or crates and arrange the agreed warehouse or ocean-export connection for the shipment. | Finished cargo measurements, supplier loading conditions, receiving appointment and the confirmed warehouse or port handover. |
| Shenzhen | Bring one supplier order or several approved collection stops into a consolidated dispatch or an agreed direct transport handover. | Each collection address, contact and ready time, order identifiers, special contents and permission to combine the goods. |
| Guangzhou | Arrange supplier pickup, short-haul transfer or a warehouse handover before the selected international service. | Loading and unloading arrangements, package counts, vehicle needs, route and receiving instructions. |
These five cities illustrate the enquiry details we need; they do not limit our nationwide pickup coverage or identify fixed company depots. For every city, the specific address, available vehicle, appointment, loading conditions and pickup charge are confirmed for the shipment.
| Planning input | Please provide | Why we check it |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping units | Number of cartons, pallets, crates or machines; final length, width, height and gross weight of each type. | Payload, usable space and handling suitability must be assessed together. |
| Loading method | Forklift or crane availability, loading dock, manual-handling requirement and lifting points. | The origin must be able to load the selected vehicle safely under the agreed plan. |
| Delivery conditions | Full address, postcode, commercial or residential site, receiving hours and contact. | Access, appointment and local delivery coverage can affect vehicle selection and cost. |
| Unloading equipment | Forklift, dock, crane or requested tail-lift, with cargo dimensions and weight. | A tail-lift or other requested aid must be suitable and explicitly confirmed; it is not automatic. |
| Cargo restrictions | Fragility, non-stackability, orientation, batteries or other special contents. | The load plan, handling and route acceptance depend on the cargo’s actual characteristics. |
| Heavy or unusual pieces | Photographs, packed dimensions, gross weight, centre of gravity and lifting/support points. | Oversize, overweight or irregular pieces need a specific feasibility and equipment review. |
We do not publish one universal truck size, payload or coverage promise. The available vehicle and load plan are confirmed after the route and cargo have been assessed. Tell us about any changed dimensions or packaging before pickup.
| Detail | Confirm with the receiving site | Effect on the service |
|---|---|---|
| Appointment | Booking reference, time window, receiving contact and late-arrival procedure. | The plan must allow for the actual receiving slot and any waiting conditions. |
| Access | Vehicle entry limits, road restrictions, yard space, dock position and opening hours. | A different vehicle or transfer arrangement may be needed. |
| Unloading | Who unloads, available equipment, maximum handling capacity and who supplies labour. | Delivery does not automatically include unloading personnel or equipment. |
| Delivery point | Named handover position and any request for inside delivery, floor-level movement or unpacking. | Additional work must be assessed and quoted separately when available. |
| Evidence and exceptions | Receiving signature, package count and how visible damage or shortages should be recorded. | A clear record supports operational follow-up with the responsible parties. |
For door-to-door international shipping, we align the final road leg with the agreed customs and gateway handovers. Customs release, terminal release and vehicle collection must be coordinated before delivery can be completed.
Our quotation states the main trucking and agreed handling charges, with potential extras explained in advance. Depending on the movement, additional work may include waiting time, extra stops, manual loading or unloading, special equipment, a changed address, a missed appointment, redelivery or restricted/remote-area delivery. The applicable amounts and approval conditions follow the confirmed quotation.
Where cargo needs repacking or a stronger shipping unit, we can connect the road plan to warehouse packing and reinforcement. For more than one supplier, our pickup and consolidation service keeps the collection schedule and package records together.
