Urgent cargo. Managed airport to airport or door to door.
Urgent replenishment
We plan air shipments for stock that needs to reach overseas operations promptly. We can compare a complete shipment with a separate urgent batch using the actual cargo, deadline and delivery scope.
Equipment & critical parts
We arrange air transport for components, production materials and equipment. For large or irregular pieces, we coordinate loadability and handling checks before booking and collection.
Exhibitions & projects
We coordinate cargo for exhibitions and project milestones, including airport handling, customs arrangements and onward delivery. We plan against the required receiving date as well as the flight schedule.
Our air-freight services
We provide airport-to-airport air freight and complete shipments with pickup and final delivery. We coordinate the air movement and the services at both ends, so the quoted scope matches where your cargo starts and where it needs to arrive.
| Service request | What we check with you | What we arrange |
|---|---|---|
| Airport-to-airport cargo | Origin and destination airports, consignee’s broker and collection arrangement | Flight routing, warehouse cut-off, air waybill arrangement and terminal responsibilities |
| Pickup plus air transport | Factory address, readiness date, loading access and cargo measurements | Collection plan, origin handling and export scope linked to the cargo acceptance deadline |
| Air freight with final delivery | Delivery address, importer, clearance contact, receiving hours and unloading facilities | Destination handling, release, road delivery and any appointment or tail-lift requirement |
| Urgent parts or split replenishment | Critical quantity, latest useful arrival date, budget and whether units can travel separately | A priority shipment option compared with the cost of sending the whole order |
If a few ordinary parcels need delivery to one address, compare international express as well. A lower airport freight rate can lose its apparent advantage after minimum terminal, clearance and delivery charges are added.
What we do for your shipment
- Arrange collection from the supplier and transfer to the nominated air-cargo receiving facility.
- Review documents, per-piece measurements, packaging and special handling or cargo requirements.
- Coordinate loadability and capacity checks, book the air movement and arrange export formalities.
- Coordinate destination terminal handling, import-clearance requirements and cargo release.
- Arrange final road delivery and keep the shipment plan aligned with actual acceptance, departure and arrival updates.
Air cargo dimensions: there is no universal pallet height
Send length × width × height and gross weight for every packed piece, including the pallet or skid. Also state stackability, whether the piece can be tilted, its centre of gravity, lifting points and any protrusions. An aircraft door dimension is not a guarantee that a piece can be loaded and secured.
| Loading factor | Why it changes acceptance | What to supply |
|---|---|---|
| Aircraft and compartment | Main-deck and lower-deck contours and loading heights differ | Final dimensions; identify dimensions that cannot be reduced |
| Piece weight and load distribution | Floor or pallet limits and concentrated loads need assessment | Gross weight, base footprint, contact points and packing drawing for unusual equipment |
| Handling and screening | A technically loadable piece still needs workable origin, transfer and destination handling | Forklift or lifting needs, screening access and any sealed packaging constraints |
| Every connecting sector | A large first aircraft does not establish acceptance on a smaller onward aircraft | Approval against the complete routing and proposed packed configuration |
As a named aircraft example, Lufthansa Cargo’s Boeing 777F page publishes a maximum loading height of 118 inches on the main deck and 64 inches on the lower deck. These are aircraft references, not universal parcel limits. We confirm loadability and available capacity for your booked routing. The airline also treats capacity and shipment loadability as separate checks.
Operator references checked 17 October 2026. Obtain a loadability decision for the actual pieces and routing before making a close-fitting crate or arranging handover.
Calculate chargeable weight before comparing rates
Worked example: two pallets of spare parts
Each pallet is 120 × 100 × 140 cm including its base and weighs 180 kg. Total volume is 3.36 m³ and actual weight is 360 kg. If the quoted service uses a 6,000 cm³/kg divisor, dimensional weight is 280 kg per pallet, or 560 kg total before rounding and minimum-charge rules. The example divisor is an assumption to verify in the quote.
A rate quoted per chargeable kilogram should therefore not be multiplied by 360 kg without checking its basis. Compare the freight amount using the agreed weight, then add pickup, origin handling, screening, documentation, destination handling, customs services and delivery.
If the packed height rises from 140 to 160 cm, the two-pallet volume becomes 3.84 m³ and the same illustrative divisor gives 640 kg. Check both the cost change and aircraft loadability before changing the packaging.
The dimensional-weight guide explains how to record mixed package sizes without averaging away important differences.
What “ready for air freight” means
- Cargo: final packaging, known measurements and weight, readable marks and handling instructions, with no undeclared batteries, chemicals or other special characteristics.
- Commercial records: invoice and packing list that match the actual pieces and quantities, plus accurate goods descriptions, value and shipper and consignee information.
- Acceptance documents: product or transport records required for the named cargo. Battery shipments need a product-specific review against the applicable battery transport requirements; an SDS alone does not establish eligibility.
- Destination readiness: the importer and broker can provide the required entry information, and someone is responsible for collecting released cargo or arranging delivery.
- Handover confirmation: a warehouse delivery slot, cargo acceptance cut-off and screening arrangements. A booking request is not the same event as accepted cargo.
Read air-freight readiness and the battery information checklist before dispatching special cargo.
Choose by the required delivery milestone
For the two-pallet example, identify which parts prevent production from restarting. If those parts can be packed and documented separately, compare a small express consignment with a complete air-freight movement. The rest of the order may have a different deadline and transport option.
Require the plan to distinguish scheduled departure, confirmed capacity, accepted cargo, actual departure, cargo availability after arrival and final delivery. Record terminal storage conditions and the last practical collection time. A flight arrival estimate is not a warehouse delivery commitment.
Use the backward-planning guide to connect these milestones to the date your operation needs the goods.
Chinese pickup, warehouse work and airport handover
Pickup is available across all cities in China, including Hangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. These five locations are examples, not a limit on national pickup coverage. We confirm the specific address, appointment, vehicle, loading/unloading conditions and collection charges for each shipment.
Air-freight readiness begins before an airport booking. We can receive several supplier orders, sort or label them, and arrange the required warehouse packing or reinforcement. Our own truck fleet supports eligible Chinese pickup and transfer legs; the vehicle, coverage, collection timing and loading arrangement are confirmed for the cargo.
| Stage | Available support | What you send or approve |
|---|---|---|
| Collection and receiving | Arrange supplier pickup or warehouse receipt, counts and visible-condition photographs. | Supplier contacts, ready date, package list, loading hours, access and the true deadline for the goods. |
| Packing and consolidation | Arrange approved cartons, cushioning, palletising, wrapping or crates; combine compatible orders or separate urgent quantities. | Fragile features, permitted orientation, labels, packing instructions and approval of the materials and operation fee. |
| Final cargo measurement | Recheck the finished units after packing and submit dimensions, weights and stackability for the quoted air service. | Accurate outer measurements including the pallet/crate; lifting points and centre-of-gravity information for unusual pieces. |
| Booking and airport handover | Coordinate the airline review, screening requirements, cargo/document cut-offs and handover. | Complete and consistent commercial records, product information and applicable special-cargo documentation. |
| Destination completion | Coordinate the agreed import stage, arrival release and final delivery where included. | Importer, charge payer, receiving postcode, appointment and unloading equipment. |
A packing change can affect loadability, chargeable weight and the accepted booking. We use the final shipping unit for the airline review. See warehouse preparation and truck collection and transfers.
Battery cargo and special-goods review
Battery cargo can be assessed for air shipment when the product, packing and documents meet the applicable airline and route requirements. Supply the battery chemistry, exact model, rating, quantity, condition and configuration: installed in equipment, packed with equipment or shipped separately. Include accessories and spare batteries in the same disclosure.
Provide the applicable technical and transport records for review, such as SDS/MSDS, UN 38.3 test-summary information and any required transport appraisal or packaging documents. The required set depends on the battery type, configuration, route and operator; it is not identical for every shipment. Airline acceptance and compliant preparation must be confirmed before handover.
Liquids, powders and other special cargo are also reviewed individually. We do not accept prohibited goods or special cargo that lacks the necessary compliant records or packaging. Changing the description to “general cargo” does not resolve the acceptance requirement. The battery and special-cargo page sets out the information to send.
Air-freight fees and payment responsibilities
Our quote separates the agreed collection, warehouse operations, packing, airport/terminal handling, screening, air carriage, customs coordination and delivery work. It records the charging basis, currency, validity and foreseeable additional charges, including storage, inspection, special handling and delivery changes. Duties and taxes are assigned to the agreed payer.
If the goods, measurements, date or destination changes, we explain the effect on the price and booking before proceeding with the revised plan. Approved VIP customers may apply for payment after signed receipt, subject to credit review, an agreed limit, contract and confirmed payment terms. Airport release and third-party payment requirements still need to be funded as agreed.
A clear path from start to finish.

How does air freight differ from express delivery?
Express delivery is often quoted as an integrated collection and delivery service. Air freight usually requires an explicit scope for the flight leg and for collection, export clearance, import clearance and delivery at either end. Compare costs and timings for the same delivery conditions.
Does a scheduled flight guarantee space?
Space must still be confirmed against available capacity, cargo dimensions and characteristics, warehouse cut-offs and inspection results. Flight schedules, capacity and operations may change, so keep the transport plan aligned with actual booking and handover updates.
Is air freight charged on actual weight?
Chargeable weight typically takes both actual and volumetric weight into account. Terminal handling, screening, documentation and services at both ends may add to the cost. Provide accurate packed dimensions and weight, and check which items the quote includes.
Can large or irregular equipment travel by air?
We arrange a loadability review for large or irregular equipment using the final dimensions, weight, centre of gravity, packaging and lifting requirements. We check the proposed route and aircraft before booking; some pieces need repacking, separation or an alternative transport mode.
