Company and website information

This website presents services offered by Hangzhou VelFreight International Logistics Co., Ltd. under the VelFreight brand. Established in 2020, the company is based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Company and contact details are available on the About and Contact pages.

Photographs illustrate industry settings and do not identify particular company-owned premises, vehicles or equipment. Our stated own-fleet capability is assessed against the actual route and vehicle requirements; destination arrangements are confirmed separately.

Shipment-specific service confirmation

Available routes, departure points, cargo acceptance, transit estimates, charges, responsibilities and included work require confirmation for the specific shipment. A website description is not an unconditional acceptance, fixed quotation, insurance policy or guaranteed delivery date.

Pickup can be arranged across all cities in China. The named cities and ports are examples, while the actual address, loading conditions, vehicle, collection appointment, port, sailing and space are confirmed before dispatch. Small-shipment enquiries start from 0.5 kg; this does not establish a universal minimum billing weight for ocean, air, rail or trucking services.

U.S. ocean shipments use Matson regular scheduled sailings as confirmed in the booking. References to a carrier or its published rules do not by themselves establish agency, exclusive partnership or a service guarantee.

Transparent quotations and payment terms

We provide itemised quotations and explain possible additional costs such as remote-area delivery, oversize or overweight handling, special packing, inspections, storage and destination charges. The quotation and agreed terms identify included work, exclusions, charging basis, validity and the party responsible for each charge. If shipment information, required work or third-party charges change, the revised scope and cost need to be addressed with the responsible parties.

Approved VIP customers may apply for payment after delivery receipt. This depends on credit review, the approved limit and period, the contract and the payment conditions agreed between the parties. It is not automatically available for every customer or shipment.

Cargo, documents and delivery responsibilities

The shipper must provide accurate product information, quantities, values, package dimensions, weights and the documents required for the shipment. Battery cargo, liquids, powders, heavy pieces and other special characteristics must be disclosed before acceptance. Prohibited goods, carrier-banned goods and special cargo without the required compliant documents or packaging are not accepted.

Customs decisions remain with the competent authorities. Door-to-door describes the agreed collection and delivery endpoints; duties, taxes, importer responsibilities, cargo insurance, unloading, inside delivery and any special work need to be specified separately. Planning tools and journal

The shipment-brief tool prepares information locally. It does not submit an enquiry, place an order, reserve space or establish a transport contract. Send your chosen details separately through our email or WhatsApp contact channel.

Calculators show mathematical planning figures using the inputs, divisor and rounding you choose. Actual billing can depend on carrier measurements, service rules, minimums and additional charges. Journal examples explain calculations and preparation decisions; they are not live rates, verified customer case studies or acceptance of an actual shipment.
