This website is operated by Hangzhou VelFreight International Logistics Co., Ltd., trading as VelFreight. Local shipment brief and calculators
The shipment-brief tool and calculators run in your browser. Entering details and generating a result does not submit an enquiry to VelFreight, send an email, open a WhatsApp message or create a booking. These tools do not save the entries to a business database or browser storage. Refreshing the page clears the tool state, although your browser may separately offer to restore or autofill fields.
Downloading creates a file on your device; copying places text on your clipboard. Keep downloaded briefs and copied information under your control, particularly on shared devices. Please leave out identity documents, payment details and information that is not needed for a shipping assessment.
Email and WhatsApp enquiries
The website provides links to info@velfreight.com and WhatsApp +86 13305658056. Opening a link takes you to your selected mail application or the WhatsApp service. It does not automatically submit the local brief. You choose what to include and whether to send it.
When you send an enquiry, the information you include reaches our Business Department through that channel. We use the shipment and contact information you provide to respond, assess your requested route and cargo, prepare quotations, and coordinate services you agree to. The email or messaging provider also handles data under its own service and privacy terms.
For questions about an enquiry record, the period it is kept, or a request to access, correct or delete information you sent us, email the Business Department. Identify the channel and relevant shipment or enquiry reference so we can locate the correspondence and explain the handling applicable to your case.
Website visits and external resources
The host serving the website may process technical request information needed to deliver pages. The website requests fonts from Google Fonts, which connects your browser to that service. Photographs and site scripts are hosted with the website.
The current website code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Your browser, email service, WhatsApp and external reference sites may operate their own storage and privacy features.
External references and future changes
Our journal and service pages link to carrier, regulator, standards-body and manufacturer information. Following a reference takes you to that provider. Its own privacy practices apply.
If the website later adds online enquiry submission, analytics or other data services, this notice will need to reflect the actual functionality and data handling. The current contact process uses email and WhatsApp, while the on-page brief remains a local preparation tool.
