OUR END-TO-END SERVICES

One shipment.
Every stage connected.

We provide international transport by express, air, ocean and rail, with collection, export formalities, import clearance and final delivery arranged around your shipment. You can book a complete door-to-door movement or choose the specific stages you need.

Supplier collection

We arrange pickup from your supplier or collection address. We coordinate the cargo-ready date, package count, loading access and handover instructions so goods reach the right parcel network, freight warehouse or terminal.

Send us: address, postcode, contact, loading hours, package measurements and the equipment available for loading.

Export documentation & customs

We coordinate the shipping-document checks and export customs process for the agreed movement. We check invoice, packing-list and booking information for consistency and identify product-specific information needed before handover.

Send us: accurate product descriptions, quantity, value, transaction details and any applicable supporting documents.

International transport

We arrange express parcel delivery, air cargo, ocean FCL/LCL and rail FCL/LCL on suitable corridors. We compare the packed shipment, deadline and complete cost to select a practical channel, including split shipments when only part of an order is urgent.

You receive: the selected service, routing, charging basis, departure/handover requirements and shipment references.

Import clearance coordination

We arrange the agreed destination clearance service and coordinate requests for shipment information. We establish who acts as importer, who provides product or registration documents, and how duties, taxes and other import charges will be paid.

Confirm before dispatch: the importer, recipient contact, cargo requirements and responsibility for each charge.

Final delivery

We arrange delivery from the destination gateway to the agreed address. We coordinate the receiving appointment, delivery instructions and access requirements, including requests for a tail-lift or other handling support where needed.

Send us: the final postcode, receiving hours, site restrictions, unloading facilities and any warehouse booking reference.

Tracking & shipment follow-up

We coordinate shipment-status follow-up, document requests and delivery exceptions. For delays, damage or shortages, we help organise the shipment references, evidence and next action with the responsible parties.

Keep available: shipment reference, latest event, recipient contact and clear package photographs where an exception occurs.

CARGO THAT NEEDS A CLOSER LOOK

Tell us what is inside,
and how it must be handled.

We handle enquiries for documents, samples, commercial stock, machinery and equipment, as well as cargo requiring a dedicated acceptance review. Battery-powered products, liquids, powders, fragile items, heavy pieces and non-stackable freight need the right channel and preparation.

Information we use to assess the correct service
Cargo characteristicProvide with the enquiryOur next step
Batteries / electrical productsProduct and battery model, chemistry, configuration and applicable technical/test documentation.Check the actual product against the proposed service and identify the applicable preparation and document requirements.
Liquids, powders or chemicalsExact product identity, composition, intended use, quantity, packaging and current technical documentation.Review classification and channel acceptance before transport is booked.
Oversize / heavy equipmentFinal packed dimensions, gross weight, lifting points, centre of gravity, photos and loading/unloading conditions.Assess parcel alternatives, air loadability, container/door fit and suitable handling or equipment arrangements.
Fragile / non-stackable cargoPackaging design, vulnerable parts, permitted orientation and any top-load restriction.Review the handling plan, packaging needs and any space or special-handling charges.

Special cargo acceptance applies to the specific product and route. We confirm the approved channel and requirements before dispatch; a general cargo label must not conceal a regulated characteristic.

A PRACTICAL DOOR-TO-DOOR BRIEF

Define the job in one record.

Illustrative request: factory to overseas warehouse

Six pallets, each 120 × 100 × 140 cm at 300 kg gross, total 10.08 m³ and 1,800 kg. The factory has a forklift; the receiving warehouse requires an appointment and a delivery reference. The goods are ordinary commercial stock with no special characteristics declared.

  1. We establish pickup readiness and get the final packing list and invoice.
  2. We compare suitable ocean, air or rail options against the required warehouse-receipt date. Rail is included only where a suitable corridor serves the shipment.
  3. We quote the agreed origin, main-carriage, clearance and final-delivery stages on the same basis.
  4. We identify the importer, duty/tax payer and receiving requirements before dispatch.

If the deadline or dimensions change, we reassess the plan before booking. The figures illustrate the information needed; they are not a quoted price, available departure or delivery guarantee.

ORIGIN OPERATIONS IN CHINA

One supplier or several.
Prepare the whole order.

Pickup is available across all cities in China, including Hangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. These five locations are examples, not a limit on national pickup coverage. We confirm the specific address, appointment, vehicle, loading/unloading conditions and collection charges for each shipment.

We can bring together goods from multiple suppliers. Our own truck fleet supports eligible pickup, consolidation, short transfers and door-delivery work. The actual vehicle, coverage, loading arrangement and operator for each leg are confirmed; this is not a claim that we own trucks in every overseas destination.

For small parcels, samples and ecommerce orders, enquiries start from 0.5 kg. Larger, heavy and irregular cargo is also assessed, but the usable mode, equipment and pricing depend on the actual route and packed goods. Ocean departures can be arranged from major Chinese ports; our port-and-city table identifies the named origin options. U.S. ocean shipments use Matson regular scheduled sailings under the specific booking confirmation.

AGREE RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE RELEASE

A delivery address is only part of the brief.

Door-to-door describes the agreed collection and delivery endpoints. The service plan also needs to identify the exporter, importer, document provider, charge payer and unloading party. We coordinate the work within the accepted scope; statutory decisions remain with customs and the relevant authorities.

Battery cargo can be accepted after review of its actual type, rating, packing and required records against the route. Liquids, powders and other special goods are confirmed individually. Prohibited goods and noncompliant special cargo are not accepted. Disclose these characteristics before approving a transport plan; see special-cargo review.

QUOTE, CHANGES AND PAYMENT

Make the complete delivered cost visible.

VelFreight provides transparent, itemised quotations with no hidden fees. The agreed quote separates the main services and explains foreseeable additional charges rather than folding unresolved destination costs into an unsupported “all included” promise.

Known extras and open itemsApplicable remote-area, oversize/overweight, special-packing, inspection, port/terminal, storage, waiting and redelivery triggers; identify the payer and any estimate awaiting confirmation.
Changes to the approved shipmentA revised address, cargo characteristic, measurement, deadline or service scope is assessed for cost and timing; retain the explanation and updated instructions.

Send your origin and destination, goods description, package count, weight/volume, timing, trade term and any special characteristics through our email or WhatsApp contact channels. A shipment brief helps prepare the enquiry; it is not a booking or an acceptance confirmation.
