Packing List Preparation Worksheet
Map carton labels to products, reconcile quantities, and distinguish carton measurements from the final pallet or crate handed to the carrier.
Click or tap a blank cell to type. Then use your browser’s Print command to print or save as PDF. Calculate totals manually: this worksheet does not run formulas. Entries stay in this page, are not submitted or stored by this worksheet, and are lost on refresh. Save your PDF before leaving.
Carton-level contents
Show all products and quantities for a mixed carton inside one carton record. Enter weight once per carton. If a row groups identical cartons, identify the range and clearly mark which figures are per carton.

Pallet or crate mapping, if used
Record the final handling units presented for collection. A loaded pallet already includes its cartons: do not add the loaded pallet weight or volume to the contained-carton totals.
